  • We are located at 467063 12th Concession B, Eugenia, Ontario
  • Rates are for short term occupancy, as laid out in our rental agreement. Rates are for accommodation only; meals are the responsibility of the guest.
  • There is a minimum stay on long weekends. Please see our posting for details.

We welcome weekly, monthly and seasonal stays.

  • BVWL can be rented through AirBnB. Please see listing for rental deposit and full details.

Check-in check-out times

  • Please see our Airbnb listing for check in/check out time details. The balance is payable on arrival and is automatically charged to the credit card provided unless advised otherwise by the guest.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees).
    Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable.
    Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check-in and within 48 hours of booking.

House Rules


  • Guest occupancy is confirmed at time of booking, and must be adhered to. If there are any changes, please contact Paul Drouillard at (519) 242-6199.


  • We are animal lovers, and respect that you may want to bring your pet along with you to enjoy the outdoors. We ask that you please clean up after your pets, and dispose of all garbage in the bin at the front of the property. We do have a strict NO PETS ON BEDS policy, in consideration of ensuring cleanliness, and for future guests that may have allergies to animal dander.


  • Access code to enter the lodge is provided on confirmation of rental and is changed after each guest visit. If you should have any issues at all, please call Paul Drouillard at (519) 242-6199. Keys are not provided, so please remember your code!

No smoking

  • We are a smoke-free facility and we strictly maintain our NO SMOKING Policy which disallows smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises, patios, grounds or wooded areas adjacent or close to the house.

Please note: no internet or cable service: relax and enjoy unplugging for a while!

Housekeeping facilities

Many of our guests and families stay a full season. During your stay, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, and to treat our space, as yours!

We have provided a variety of cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner for your convenience. Any food that is remaining at the end of your stay should be taken with you, or disposed of in garbage bin at end of driveway.

Your consideration in not leaving food outside around the lodge or on the grounds is greatly appreciated. When in nature, we need to discourage attracting animals who may make a habit of scavenging around the lodge and causing damage.

Absolutely no glass bottles are to be left outside on the premises; please keep the area safe and clean for all people and animals.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted inside the lodge.

Emergency numbers

If you should have a medical emergency of any kind, please dial 911. Our address is recorded on a magnet on the kitchen fridge for reference.
If you should have a fire related emergency, please dial 911. Our kitchen is equipped with a fire extinguisher for your use if required.
There are 2 small ponds located within the wooded area behind the lodge. Please feel free to wander through the property and familiarize yourself with these areas.
Please be aware of these if you should have small children with you. Report concerns of any kind to us, as we want to ensure that your stay is a family friendly, fun getaway!
